Board Members

President: Hannah Clare, CCC-SLP received her BA and Masters of Science from Eastern Washington University.  She currently works at Multnomah Early Childhood Program with children between the ages of 3-5.  Her areas of interest include language and motor speech disorders in the pediatric population.


Vice President: Melissa Davis, CCC-SLP received her BS and MA from the University of Northern Colorado.  She currently works with the Multnomah Education Service District with preschool children.  She enjoys the variety our field offers and loves working with both the early intervention as well as the adult populations.


Secretary: Caroline Magno, MS CCC-SLP. Caroline received her BS from
the University of Washington and Masters of Science from Portland
State University. She currently works at Oregon Health and Sciences
University with Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Services. Her
particular areas of interest include neurosciences and dysphagia with
specialization in FEES.


Media Liason: Gina Cavallio, CCC-SLP received her BS in Early Childhood Leadership from Villa Julie College in Stevenson, MD.  She began working as part of a teaching team in an oral deaf education classroom. She then pursued her Masters of Science Degree in Speech  from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Gina currently works for Multnomah Education Service District in the early childhood program.  Her particular areas of interest include Auditory Verbal Therapy and working with the deaf and hard of hearing population.


Treasurer: Maxine Kacher, MA CCC-SLP. Maxine received her BS and
Masters of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She currently works at Oregon Health and Sciences University with
Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Services. Her areas of interest include
assessment and treatment of aphasia and cognitive-linguistic deficits
in the acute care setting. She enjoys hiking and loves the outdoors.
